Howie began his career in 1982 working for AAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Group in various departments including Accounting, Actuarial, MIS and Product Management. In January 2012, Howie began working for Martin & Company as a Senior State Filing Analyst. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Math from Kutztown University, and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from La Salle University. Howie is an active member of the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals (AICP) and has attended numerous conferences. His years of company insurance experience make him a valuable asset to the Martin & Company State Filing department. He has completed filings in all states and in many different lines of business. Experience across many lines of business including Collector Auto, Homeowners, Inland Marine and Umbrella/Excess.

Howie resides in Warminster, PA with his wife Vicki. They have 2 grown sons, Chris and Rob and granddaughters Sofie & McKenzie.
