Diane has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, previously working for Zurich North America in their Regulatory Services Department and American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) in various departments including Forms Review, State Filings, and Inland Marine Product Development. In her most recent position at Zurich North America, Diane was responsible for preparing, submitting, and maintaining all commercial lines rate, rule and form filings. She went to Harper College taking courses for Business Administration. In addition, she took insurance classes from the Insurance School of Chicago to obtain the Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designation. Diane has been an active member of the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals (AICP), was the New Member Coordinator of the AICP Great Lakes Chapter from 2002-2009 and has attended a couple conferences. She has completed state filings in all 50 states for both personal and commercial lines of business. Experience with bureau circular monitoring for ISO Commercial General Liability, Professional Liability, and Interline as well as ISO based and proprietary products across many lines of business including Homeowners, Pet Insurance, Businessowners, Commercial Package, Commercial Auto, Commercial General Liability, Commercial Property, Crime, Umbrella/Excess, Inland Marine / Non-Filed Inland Marine, Professional Liability E&O and various other commercial lines.

Diane was born and raised in Schaumburg, Illinois. She has one grown daughter, Ashley and is a kitty parent to her domestic short hair, Simba.
