Aliza McMillan

Aliza began her insurance career in 2017 specializing in Workers Compensation reporting. She has experience electronically and manually reporting to NCCI and all Independent Bureaus. In addition, she has prepared and taught multiple beginner and intermediate sessions on statistical reporting.  Aliza attended North Georgia College and State University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Education. She resides in Georgia with her husband Micah and two daughters Lila and Ali.

Stephanie Schingle

Stephanie started her career in Insurance in 2013 in workers compensation. She enjoys the challenge of the state rules in regard to reporting data and building relationships with the bureaus. Her knowledge of workers compensation expands into all states (excluding monopolistic states) and includes reporting for single state, multi state and PEO policies. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Dance from the University of Wyoming. In her time off she enjoys going to the theater, traveling, running, and hiking. Stephanie resides in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

Sonja A. Rodebaugh

Sonja began her insurance career in 1985 on the Property and Casualty Underwriting side of the industry and transitioned into Compliance in 1992.
