The Oklahoma Department of Insurance has issued Bulletin No. 2024-07 to advise admitted and non-admitted automobile insurers to file a “Market Survey Attestation” confirming their awareness of and compliance with OK ADC 365:15-1-26.

This rule requires automobile insurers to establish competitive prices for motor vehicle or glass repairs using a market survey or automobile collision repair estimating software. Automobile insurers must file the attestation by December 31, 2024 using the Systems for Electronic Rates and Forms Filing (SERFF).
