Martin & Company is proud to announce the launch of Compliance Surveys, a new dynamic online compliance database developed in partnership with the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (“NAMIC”).
After seeing the capabilities of other Martin & Company web applications Status Report ADVISOR (“SRA”) and Bureau Monitoring ADVISOR (“BMA”), NAMIC reached out for consultation on how to build a similarly structured database for the information captured in their “50-State Survey” PDF documents. NAMIC recognized how critical compliance is, especially for insurance companies writing in multiple states, and wanted to provide their members with a straightforward yet robust solution.
Compliance Surveys, the result of this partnership, allows NAMIC members to search, filter and navigate through compliance information on over 60 topics. Information is summarized in unique fields specific to each topic and links to state sites for the full text of the citations and/or bulletins. Users are able to search on exactly which states, categories and topics they are most interested in and create customized filter presets that produce Excel and PDF exports.

The launch of Compliance Surveys is just the beginning as Martin & Company plans to provide updated compliance and regulatory information on existing topics, new insurance related industry topics and additional features such as customized e-mail alerts.
