The Opportunity:
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive who will take full ownership of driving revenue growth and shaping the future of our business. In this role, you won’t just be executing a sales strategy – you will own a key segment of the business, playing a pivotal role in its growth and success. We need someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is relentless in pursuing results, thrives in high-pressure environments, and brings creativity and grit to every challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Ownership: Lead the design, execution, and continual refinement of bold sales strategies targeting insurance carriers. You will own this segment of the business, driving results through a relentless focus on solving clients’ operational challenges with our innovative technology solutions.

Client Relationship Management: Take a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders within the insurance industry. Act as a trusted advisor, fully owning the client lifecycle and ensuring our solutions are aligned with their strategic business objectives.

Champion Solution Selling: Leverage your deep industry insights to identify critical pain points, deliver tailored value propositions, and execute complex solution sales that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate client success. Own the process from start to finish with full accountability for outcomes.

Lead High-Stakes Presentations: Be the face of the company in high-pressure presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the tangible business impact of our solutions. You will take ownership of client engagement, ensuring that every interaction moves the needle.

Collaborate as a Strategic Partner: Own cross-functional collaboration, working hand-in-hand with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure unified messaging and flawless execution that drives business growth.

Lead Market Positioning: Stay at the forefront of market shifts, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes, continually refining sales approaches and ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. You’ll have the autonomy to pivot strategies and explore new avenues as you see fit.

Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and inspire junior sales team members, fostering an entrepreneurial culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance. Set the standard for driving business growth through creativity, resilience, and resourcefulness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

7+ years of experience in sales within the insurance or technology sectors specifically selling to insurance carriers and MGAs, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing deals in the $25K ACV range

Deep understanding of the insurance industry, particularly the operational challenges faced by insurance carriers.

Highly motivated, hard-working, proactive, and able to take initiative to drive results

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients.

Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, preferably HubSpot.

Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
