Insurance Product Analyst

As a result of our continued growth, we have an excellent opportunity for an Insurance Product Analyst, and we are seeking a qualified candidate to fill this position. You will become part of an accomplished team of industry professionals with knowledge and experience across many lines of business and programs.
Responsibilities
- Clear understanding of insurance products and their development to ensure compliance with filed rates, rules, and forms.
- Experience with eliciting requirements for development of software products and workflows.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision making for development of new products in collaboration with client stakeholders.
- Apply business process and system analysis methodologies to understand, document, and analyze business process and requirements.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current state and desired future state and develop recommendations for closing the gap.

Qualifications
- 5 years of related work experience
- Experience with Guidewire is a PLUS
- Property & Casualty insurance knowledge and experience
- Experience with Product Development and as a Technical Business Analyst
Qualified candidates must be detail oriented, accurate, disciplined, able to work under time constraints, self-motivated, energetic, flexible, customer service oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills are valuable.
