The purpose of this Bulletin is to provide advice regarding certain provisions of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act of 2019 that amend and extend the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act of 2002 (the Act) and which may require insurers to submit revised disclosure notices, policy language, and applicable rates due to reauthorization of the ACT to the Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking.
