Responsibilities
• Preparation and submission of rate, rule, and form filings
• Manage reminders and objections
• Work with clients to develop best approach and strategy
• Monitor project filings using our proprietary OneView State Filing Management Solution
• Review bureau circulars/bulletins
• Perform online and state research projects
• Assist with product development
• Take an active role as lead analyst for selected client base
• Communicate with clients and state DOIs
Qualifications
Individual must have rate, rule, and form filing experience. They must also be accustomed with reviewing and monitoring bureau circulars and working with bureau based and independent programs. Qualified candidates must be detail oriented, analytical, accurate, organized, disciplined, able to work under time constraints, self-motivated, energetic, flexible, customer service oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. In addition, candidate must be proficient with: SERFF, Florida Insurance Regulation Filing System (IRFS), Microsoft Office products (WORD & Excel) and other third-party industry applications. Excellent time management and communication skills is valuable.
